• Completed training as a plant mechanic, electrician, fitter, welder, etc.
• Manual dexterity and careful working methods
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electrotechnical skills an advantage
• Foreign language skills an advantage
• Ability to work independently; accuracy
• Good customer contact skills
• Commitment and enjoyment of the job
• Completed military service, driving licence B
